At the moment, on Wikimedia wikis, if you create a page ("A"), move it to another title ("B") then delete the redirect ("A"), the first title persists in Special:Newpages. It gets shown as a blue link both on Special:Newpages and Special:Recentchanges. (Tested on Test Wikipedia, first noticed on Meta with the page "Requests for new languages /Wikipedia Simple Spanish"). At the same time, I tested the same senario on my local wiki (clean install, HEAD revision); "A" disappears from Special:Newpages when it is deleted, and it appears in Special:Recentchanges as a red link. This may be due to the fact that some wikis have gone out of sync recently (German Wikipedia et al).
By updating my local wiki to r41337 which is in use by Wikimedia wikis atm, I saw the same effect locally. Seems like the next scap will fix this. I couldn't find the relevant bug so I can't mark this one as duplicate myself. Close as suits.

This should have been fix since the recent scap (after 3 week gap stuck at r41337). Old buggy entries should slide off the rc table presently.
