Paragraph 5: I'd put the email address in angle brackets:

instead of without

so that the full stop has less chance of being copied with the email
address. I'd also make it a link: &lt<a
href="mailto:info@wikipediastudy.org">info@wikipediastudy.org</a>&gt;.

After clicking to go to the 1st page of questions, question 1, option
2 has a typo in the 7th word:
"Ek lees hoofsaaklik artikels; dis min dit ek artikels skryf of wysig."
should be
"Ek lees hoofsaaklik artikels; dis min dat ek artikels skryf of wysig."

A6: the last column's "Ek kan hierdie taal skryf"
should be

B6: 6.4 "Tyd" (Time) doesn't have a number,

B8: Does the online here mean outside of Wikipedia? And what
constitutes contact: small mailing lists?

Not answering B8 quickly shows "Siende dat die volgende vraag van u
antwoord afhanklik is, word u nou terug na die vraag gebring." (the
next question relies on this answer, you're being taken back to answer
it), and then takes you back to B8. It should skip questions that rely
on an answer instead of forcing one to answer the question.

B9: This is asking what the "gemiddelde" (average) number of articles
started is - was it meant to ask "About how many articles have you
started?" You can't have an average for a single number, but you can
pick a range of approximately how many.

B10: again asks "gemiddeld" (average), should it be "about how many",
or how many average per time period (week, month, year)?

B17 makes it difficult to change orders, e.g. to swap 4th to 3rd, the
3rd choice must first be changed to "kies" (choose), then 4th changed
to 3rd, then "kies" changed to 4th. I'd suggest all 4 options be
available for all, and have the validity checked when the "gaan voort"
(next) button pressed.

The C6/C7/C8/server problem was fixed.

B17: reloading after choosing something also makes it hard to use on a
slow connection because the page reloads and ignores something you've
selected before the reload.

C6: I probably misread this with my comment in the previous email. It
currently reads "Welke van die volgende drie formate beskou u as die
nuttigste om Wikipedia-inligting te verskaf?", which if it's asking
for 3 (not up to 3) formats should be
"Welke drie van die volgende formate beskou u as die nuttigste om
Wikipedia-inligting te verskaf?", if it's asking for up to 3 formats
it should be
"Welke drie of minder van die volgende formate beskou u as die
nuttigste om Wikipedia-inligting te verskaf?"
