Hello, I've got a couple minor corrections, if there is still time: Intro: "Firma UNU MERIT, działając... etc. -> missing comma. 3rd chapter: if the Foundation actually is interested in the individual poll respondents' profiles, it's all right (cannot recall the original line though). If not, part should read: "Podmiot prowadzący badanie nie jest zainteresowany...". The question "Jaki jest Twój zawód?" - there's a double full stop under option 12. Question "Kiedy zacząłeś / zaczęłaś edytować Wikipedię?" -> the second word in the "Nie wiem" option doesn't need to be capitalised (looks wierd even in Polish). All the references to "wikipedysta" (a wikipedian) ought to be not capitalised (several occurences in the study). There was recently a discussion of that issue and wikipedians were left uncapitalised. "*Biorąc pod uwagę ostatnie trzy miesiące, ile czasu tygodniowo poświęcałeś/poświęcałaś edytowaniu Wikipedii?" - I'd change "czasu" to "godzin", because there's no time reference in this question, nor the answer. The same for question "**Biorąc pod uwagę ostatnie trzy miesiące, ile czasu tygodniowo spędzałeś/spędzałaś na czynnościach związanych z organizacją i strukturą Wikipedii, nie zaś z jej zawartością?". czasu-> godzin. "**Gdzie korzystasz z Wikipedii? Zaznacz wszystkie pasujące odpowiedzi" -> there is a "Ni wiem", which ought to be "Nie wiem". Final message: The "Kontynuuj" button ought to be substituted for a "Dalej" button, as the button is described. I have also forwarded this message to the co-translator / corrector that I worked with for the purpose of ths questionnaire - hope he'll be able to take a peek and maybe he'll find something more.
