Description lopaga 2008-10-07 20:16:13 UTC
Hi, this is to say that when you edit a page, for a company for example, the slogan you enter doesn't show up on the page.

I edited the "slogan" section for the OSIsoft (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osisoft) company and now it is not shown on the right side of the main screen, where "founder", "headquarters", etc. are shown. Same thing with the IBM page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibm) where when you check the edit page, you see a slogan. But when you go back to the real page, you don't see it anywhere.

So how can we make the slogan appear on the main page of a company ?

Thank you and have a nice day !

This is not a bug in MediaWiki; the template you're using ([[Template:Infobox Company]]) does not have a slogan field. Such a field could easily by added by editing the template (which is protected, BTW, so only sysops can do that).
