I'd like to request that a new pseudo-namespace, "백토" and "백토론:" be added to Korean Wikipedia. In Korean Wikipedia, "백토:" and "백토론:" is used as shortcut namespace of "위키백과토론:", what is equal to "Wikipedia_talk:" in English Wikipedia.

I suggest following:
* Adding "백토:" only (except "백토론:"). Because "백토론:" is long and useless.
* Adding new pseudo-namespace, named "특:", for "Special:".

I see exactly six shortcut pages using this pseudo-namespace. Is it really frequently used?

Not frequently used yet. Remember that Korean Wikipedia is small.
