<nowiki>{{{field|free text}}}</nowiki> default integration on SemanticForms doesn't display in IE, showing an unknown Java Script error in execution time. In the extension MediaWiki page puts: ...It is possible to have a WYSIWYG editor for the free text input: if your wiki has the MediaWiki FCKeditor extension installed... In Firefox works fine. Best regards.
Hi, I'm finally looking at this now. Does this happen with IE 7 as well, or just with IE 6 or lower?
Yes, it happens for IE 7 as well. Thankyou.
Hi, is this still a problem, and if so, could it be because you have an old version of FCKeditor? Someone else had this problem, and then it went away when they upgraded to the latest FCKeditor.
The following Versions are loaded: Mediawiki 1.12.4 old Semantic Media Wiki 1.4.2 very new Semantic Forms 1.5.3 very new FCKeditor: (very new? ) nightly build? mediawiki_fckeditor_ext_N.zip downloaded 21.3.2009 (Version mw-extension $Rev$ 2008) In Internet Explorer Version 7 the freetext does NOT LOAD, no FCKeditor is loaded, the space stays empty I have to say, FCK it is an absolutly great tool specialy in combination with smw forms and mediawiki. Thanks for this high end package! Sincerely yours Burgy
