For further releases it would be nice if Extensions like AntiBot or SimpleAntiSpam could be used also for forms, I see regularly that form are filled with spam although I've installed AntiBot and SimpleAntiSpam

Not a must but a would-be-nice-to-have :)

Now that ConfirmEdit is bundled with MediaWiki 1.18, maybe that should be considered for support:
