This is clearly a bug. Infinite query-continue loops shouldn't be possible.

I expect to fix this tomorrow.

It's your mistake: there's an unencoded # in your URL (in Wikipedia:CWNJ#WYKAZ) which causes everything behind it to disappear from the API's point of view. Note that Wikipedia:NIEŁAD is missing from the list for the same reason.

urlencode() the # (and everything else as well, of course) and you should be fine.
