It said it was renamed

Trying to rename a lowercase username on capital wiki claims to be successful and creates the corresponding log entry (see the three renames for '[gG]arden'), but account (existing with capital letter) is not renamed.

Allowing to rename accounts with lowercase initial letter may be useful on capital wikis (eg. imports) but it shouldn't report it was done if it did nothing.
