There are people who keep sending emails even when the where told to piss off and to do not contact OTRS about it because the matter is closed. But the keep sending emails that need to be merged with the other ones and closed. And possibly some other agent who is not aware of the history may respond and so keep it going. I would like to have an option to block certain email address from sending anymore emails to us. Maybe with an option to inform the sender that his email is rejected.
