Description Steren 2008-09-25 11:27:24 UTC
Since SMW 1.2, when we enter links in a property of type 'text', the semantic information is not taken into account.

This did not exist in SMW 1.1

example (see the provided link for online example)

When I enter
[[Summary::This is the summary. And this is a link to [[Main Page]]]]
Here is what is displayed :
[[Summary::This is the summary. And this is a link to Main Page]]

This is a documented behaviour and not a bug. See SMW_Settings.php and read the documentation to $smwgLinksInValues If you like to have the old behaviour in spite of this, you can set $smwgLinksInValues = true; in your LocalSettings.php.

Future versions of SMW may have an alternative stable implementation that re-enables this feature by default without the current problems with PHP's regular expression libraries.

Note You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
