Description Tran Vinh Tan 2008-09-21 10:48:00 UTC
In current UI, the order is:
1. Edit protection box with Expire time (custom or select)
2. Move protection box with Expire time (custom or select)
3. A check box for cascading protection
4. A check box for move protection change
5. Given reason
6. Other reason

The unreasonable in the current UI is that, if you want to enable *2*, you must tick *4*, which is far below the box. People would feel comfortable when the move their mouse from top to bottom to complete their work, but currently they have to move down to tick, and then move up to change.

I suggest that we move *4* item up to between 1 and 2, so that the new order would be:
1. Edit protection box with Expire time (custom or select)
2. A check box for move protection change
3. Move protection box with Expire time (custom or select)
4. A check box for cascading protection
5. Given reason
6. Other reason

Hope to hear your opinions.

Cascading protection should also probably be under the edit box, as it applies only to edit restrictions.

And an additional space between 2 check boxes would be good because of clarity between edit protection and move protection.

This seems to be the current order
