Description Nicholas 2008-09-17 07:25:27 UTC
When searching, could we have the date in YYYY-MM-DD format instead of MM-DD-YYYY? We often get mixed up with it.

Thanks!

Changing it will be confusing to anyone used to the old format.

YYYY-MM-DD is unambiguous and anyone savvy enough to be using OTRS will know what it means. MM-DD-YYYY, on the other hand, is ambiguous alongside DD-MM-YYYY. So this should really be changed, if possible.
