Proposed patch.

Recentchanges feeds are listed in all pages, but they don't follow the formats set in $wgFeedClasses. If an user adds or removes feeds classes, or reorders the contents of $wgFeedClasses (for example, to prioritize atom feeds), these changes are not seem in article pages, because this information is hardcoded in OutputPage::getHeadLinks().

The attached patch prints only the feeds that are listed in $wgFeedClasses, in the right order.
