when I use [[Image:xxx.jpg|thumb|200px|caption]], I have trouble with the thumbnail, could you help me fix it? many thanks

Install imagemacgick and set $wgImageMagickConvertCommand correctly. See <http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgImageMagickConvertCommand>
