Patch that corrects the translations

I recently noticed that [[MediaWiki:Nstab-main]] is not translated correctly in Spanish or French. The English default is "Page", and this is reflected in the other languages I know well enough to check, but not Spanish or French. The Spanish and French messages both use the local word for "article" instead of "page".

I've created a patch that corrects the Spanish and French translations of this message. It's based off the latest SVN copy. I hope you'll like it!
