This 'bug' popped up on dewiki recently: If you flag an article, then later flag an older revision, the software slightly gets irritated. While the text shown as 'currently flagged revision' (or 'stable version') is indeed the latest revision, the GUI claims there are unreviewed changes (and shows an empty diff for that).
