The ?editintro=... parameter no longer does anything - loading such pages results in the normal edit screen. ?preload=... seems to work though :\

This appears to have been caused by aaron in r40251, I reverted in r40433 so this should be fixed.

It broken showing the intro title when the title did exist.

Test case:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=NOEXISTFOOBAR00&action=edit&editintro=Main_Page
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=foo&action=edit&editintro=Main_Page

They now both show the 'Main_Page' as editintro.
