There should be a direct link on Special:BlockIP to the contributions of the user which is going to be blocked.

Let's just have the same links as on [[Special:Contributions]], but replace the block link with contributions, and remove block log (as it is shown at the bottom already).

So you would have

For Mike.lifeguard (Talk | Logs | Check user | Contributions | Deleted user contributions)

Obviously Check user and Deleted contribs only when applicable.
