The Cashubian Wikipedia (csb.wikipedia.org) is now having only the English
namespace names, although in the past they had Cashubian versions. Is perhaps
the language file not active?

It was on wikipedia.org, but not in REL1_3. Has to be ported to 1.4, since 1.3
language files don't work in 1.4.

The newest version (0.5) seems to be on meta:

There is no such file in cvs yet.

I began rewriting the file for HEAD but found the translations on meta to be
insufficient, someone on csb. will have to supply new translations e.g. for the
namespaces that were added in 1.4.
