The date field must not be comepletly filled to pass the mandatory-check, so when for example the year is changed it passes manadotry check but it is not filled into the template

Sorry, I don't understand. Does the problem come when the date isn't fully filled in, or when it is?

yes when it is not fully filled in.

Then is passes the mandatory-check but is not filled into the template

I believe that this is fixed in version 1.3.1.
