Description CBM 2008-08-26 18:16:58 UTC
The bug is with the 2008-07-24 database dump of the langlinks table on enwiki. The dumped langlinks table does not contain any entries for pageid 21197, which is namespace 0 title 'Nintendo'. I verified this by importing the langlinks dump into mysql after noticing it with my own parser.

The page's revision on the wiki that was current during the dump of the langlinks table shows several interlanguage links:

  http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nintendo&oldid=227309050

I can't find any evidence of pages moves in the revision history, and a query of the imported langlinks dump shows there are no langlinks at all with ll_title = 'Nintendo', suggesting that the page was not moved somewhere else at the time of the dump.

The dump of the page table from the same run correctly shows that the pageid is 21197 and the length of the page is 26,586.

The dump was presumably entirely legitimate -- the actual links entries in the DB may have been borked at the time due to an intermittent DB udpate problem during editing.

Resolving INVALID; more general issue is likely related to notes elsewhere about deadlocks on links update etc.
