Again, regarding the ReaderFeedback part of FlaggedRevs: Currently, you can go to any page and simply click "submit" without actually having reviewed or rated anything – just for fun, or unintentionally, or whatever. You don't even have to touch the drop-down lists (Reliability, Completeness, Neutrality, Presentation) at all to being able to submit. When doing so, you rate all four attributes as "fair" (the middle rating) at the moment. This will, unnecessarily, level many articles' ratings to appear more or less "fair" in the long run, I guess. So the default value should be something like "none selected" (as a null value) instead of "fair" or any other actual rating value. Thanks in advance :-)
