Please invert the order of the five possible ratings within ReaderFeedback's drop-down lists, so that the feature is more intuitive. Afaik it's a universal expectance to see the "good" at the top position, not at the bottom (correct me if I'm wrong).

The current order is:

Poor
Low
Fair
High
Excellent
