If a user with a unified account wants to be renamed on all wikis, s/he needs to request renaming on all wikis separately. That is a unreasonable effort. (Note that many people have accounts on all 730+ projects.) Please make a tool to rename global accounts globally, thus in all wikis with one action. This should probably be logged in the centralauth log, or maybe on Meta in the rename log.
