Apparently people are using __NOINDEX__ on every day's page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(policy)#No-indexing_of_project-space_pages) to no-index the deletion review subpages. It will be much more efficient to just use robots.txt. The relevant lines to add should be:

Disallow: /wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_review/
Disallow: /wiki/Wikipedia%3ADeletion_review/

Please add these lines to the page Mediawiki:robots.txt on the English Wikipedia.
