My wiki is at the r39216.
Looks like a bug in one of your addons, mw:Extension:ContributorsAddon seeing as it hasn't been edited in over a year, it might not be compatible with latest MW version. And as a side note, setting blocker/highest is usually not a good idea.

Can somebody please improve on the bug summary? it currently shows as suggestions on completely unrelated 'internal error' bug reporting. And when it shows I have to check if its the same bug I am reporting.
