Description Mike.lifeguard 2008-08-07 18:24:03 UTC
Wikibooks would like the option to perform these actions (move all at once is covered by the 'move-subpage' right) on a whole book simultaneously.

Related to, but not a duplicate of bug 2308. Bug 2308 is for watching subpages in one go - this bug would not require the pages to be subpages.

And actually, move-subpages is not /really/ the same as moving a book, as some language editions do not use subpages to identify books.

Component: -Page Protection +General, Since it covers more than one request.

The protection should be able to be done now with the cascading I think. which should just leave the bulk watch listing and deleting.

How's that? The pages aren't transcluded.
Comment 4 p858snake 2010-07-05 01:42:23 UTC
doesn't it work with them just being linked or do they need to be transcluded?

They have to be transcluded: "Protect pages included in this page (cascading protection)"
