NS_TEMPLATE (ns 10) has subpages disabled on eswiki (unlike any other wikipedia). Since it has caused some inconvenience and i see no request for disabling, it was probably done by mistake when adding namespaces. Please reenable.

btw, there are other wikis with no subpages for NS10, e.g. dewiki. Apparently, the settings for eswiki were copied from dewiki long, long ago.
