A user reported that it is not possible to flag that article. I did confirm this with Javascript activated on Firefox. So far there is only this occurence reported, it is possible to flag other articles.

There is some elusive bug that causes the db transaction to rollback. This is for any page. 

I've shifted the commit statements to secure that data before it triggers. Tim synced. Appears to work. Still not sure of the cause though.

I see. Seems to be an interaction issue with squids. Can't repro this locally.
