When editing a page normally, the list of templates used in the page is wrapped in a div with class "templatesUsed". This should also be done for the list of templates on the "view source" screen, but it is not currently being done.

I have observed this in 1.14alpha (r38389) (according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Version). Revision 38440 of phase3/includes/OutputPage.php:1244 also seems to be lacking code to add the wrapper div; compare to phase3/includes/EditPage.php:2355.
