[[de:User:Sebmol]] changed the page configuration of the article in the URL. This is shown in the page log, but not in the page history.

Hmmm, not sure I see the rationale for this. The log entry should be enough. This is also less important than protection.

Well, I had a chat with Brion in Alexandria. That was actually about something different, but during that he said that they want to have everything that happens to an article documented in the version history. Now, we already broke with that principle to some extent with flagged revisions, so... 

As far as input is concerned, I think that there have been only two instances of admins using that feature at all on de-WP in the last months and after the second, this point came up. So, I don't know :-)
