Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Bear Albrecht 2008-07-30 18:10:48 UTC Footnote 76, for example. shows a link to footnote 75. 1 is 0, 2 is 1, etc. Doesn't seem to matter what page.
