Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I installed a copy of MediaWiki on my localhost with Apache - three versions.
Extensions installed are Makesysop, Centralauth and Edituser.

I made the following changes to my LocalSettings.php with regard to CentralAuth:
$wgGroupPermissions['steward']['centralauth-admin'] = true;
$wgGroupPermissions['steward']['globalgrouppermissions'] = true;
$wgGroupPermissions['steward']['globalgroupmembership'] = true;
$wgGroupPermissions['steward']['userrights-interwiki'] = true;

and tried to get Special:GlobalGroupPermissions to work, but it did not work, despite the fact I had set myself as a steward on the wiki.

How would I get this to work effectively??

I had a look at the steward handbook on Meta, but it didn't quite go as planned...
