Please use a clearer title next time. :-) I think this is just because we are switching to a new system and we don't really use it anymore (it's all done on [[wmf:Donate|wmfwiki]] except for the comments which are still working <http://donate.wikimedia.org/en/fundcore_browse>).
Works for me, I get the proper donation site.

The old donate.wikimedia.org site is obsolete: * the forms have been replaced (again) with the forms on wikimediafoundation.org * internal reporting has been replaced with our CiviCRM installation * external reporting still isn't really set up The old forms have been taken down to ensure that only the new forms are being used, which contain the proper config for sending update reporting to our current CRM. Unfortunately that resulted in the drupal installation there giving up and displaying the "new site" message, which is confusing. For the meantime, I've replaced all of donate.wikimedia.org with a redirect to the current english donation form entry page: http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donate
