Description Drum D. 2008-07-18 12:34:44 UTC
I have a template which defines several sections like:

 =Section 1=
 {{{Var 1}}}
 =Section 2=
 {{{Var 2}}}

If I use this template on a page all the section editing links send me into editing the template which is not what I expect. It would probably be better to have the user edit the page which *uses* the template.

I currently work around this by adding __NOEDITSECTION__ at the top of the template.
Comment 1 Huji 2008-07-18 14:23:56 UTC
I think this is fixed if you SUBST the template. This is not a bug, but a feature.
Comment 2 Drum D. 2008-07-18 15:41:31 UTC
OK, I'll go with the feature and use the __NOEDITSECTION__ .

This can be closed.
