In an image description page, there is the image, currently followd by a hint that there is no/are other resolutios availabe, followed by some of its technical properties, such as resolution, file size, and MIME type. I suggest to reverse the order of the two. It is more intuitive to have the image and its technical properties next to each other before coming to the other variants, available or not.
I'd tend to disagree -- the size of the on-screen image is directly tied to what's visible, so should be right next to it. Can you provide a link to a page you think looks particularly wrong, and perhaps a mock-up of what you'd prefer to see?
Priority to lowest, waiting for more details.
I'm going to provisionally WONTFIX this. Reopen if further details are added to the proposal.
