patch for correct number in history

In the histories in French all sizes are in the singular (octet is byte and octets is bytes in the URL). The error comes from r37375 in the file PageHistory.php. I think the software considers (for the display) always a size of 0 bytes and in French 0 is at the singular form (contrary to English).

I've made a patch but it's the first time I make a patch, so verify there is no error.
