Autologin doesn't work properly for me when I log in at German Wikibooks. It is my home wiki. If I log in there I am logged in at all wikis except German Wikiversity. This doesn't happen when I log in at German Wikipedia or German Wikiversity or another wiki. Then I am logged in all wikis without exceptions.

For a few weeks now the autologin works only between the different languages of one project but not between different projects, e.g., I am automatically logged in at en.wikibooks when I logged in at de.wikibooks, but I am not logged in at de.wikipedia or de.wikiversity. So the problem became more serious I think.

I use Firefox 3.0.3 at Ubuntu 8.04. Cookies are allowed.

No. Until opening this bug report it worked fine although I never have allowed third party cookies.

However, today it works fine. That is very strange because third party cookies are not allowed today, either. Yesterday I just deleted google's cookies and restricted google but I did not change anything else. As I cannot reproduce this bug today I will mark it "worksforme".
