Like for other extensions, the ParserFunctions URL should be:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ParserFunctions

not:
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ParserFunctions

... like currently.

Current URL works just fine and gives us a giant page of documentation.
