I have added the wiki and the settings.  I also added DNS, however, I have negative DNS caching on my end due to pulling the page before it was done.

I need to let it expire and I will finish this up!

I was able to pull DNS from elsewhere.  The wiki is now online and ready for you guys to start changing it.
