The UniversalEditButton Extension should not create a universal edit button when on the edit page.

Any reason it should? Why would a user need a UniversalEditButton if they are already editing the page.

I click edit buttons plenty of times when already on edit pages. It's great for resetting the form, some browsers save the form data and keep it with you on refresh. And that's definitely true if you did a preview and have a modified version there.

It's not really a single person's place to say that no one is going to use it, best to keep something like that there in case someone wants it.

I'm going to go ahead and WONTFIX this since there's no clear consensus on making the change, and we already have an 'edit' link on the edit page so the link itself is not a _change_ in behavior that should be reverted.
