Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description bluegoblin 2008-06-26 19:39:25 UTC

At the above site, there are several issues with uploading. We have attempted to apply fixes to some, but there are still issues:

1. When we upload, we get Could not copy file "/tmp/phpIVQ9TW" to "temp/20080626194101!Transparent.gif". as an error with some files. It was originally all.
2. When we view, currently we get Error creating thumbnail: Unable to create destination directory, on .svgs. It was originally all images.
3. When we delete, we get Error deleting file: Could not create directory "deleted/o/x/k".. We can only delete the image via the DB, and then the page as if it was a normal one.

Lowering priority. Sounds like a permissions issue to me.

If problem persists, check permissions on the directories and files, and check the umask state.
