Currently fiwiki's timezone is UTC. Please set timezone for Finnish Wikipedia to the UTC +03.00 (Timezone in Finland)

There is no any kind of consensus about changing timezone that and the timezone in Finland is GMT+2.

I think that your should start consensus, because you might be more familiar to this. This is not major change.
