Testcase:

1. Delete all *.wikipedia.org related cookies

2. Login with a non unified username

3. Logout again. You will see the standard success message plus 'Logging you out from Wikimedia's other projects:' plus placeholders from the browser for missing images (the project icons)

Recently-introduced similar bug fixed in r47518.

Unable to reproduce as reported.
