Chick, Myskin, and Simple are calling the following nonexistant IEfixes and generating 404 errors

There should probably bee null (or comment) files inserted in the appropriate location:

 stylepath/chick/IE70Fixes.css
 stylepath/myskin/IE50Fixes.css
 stylepath/myskin/IE55Fixes.css
 stylepath/myskin/IE60Fixes.css
 stylepath/myskin/IE70Fixes.css
 stylepath/simple/IE50Fixes.css
 stylepath/simple/IE55Fixes.css
 stylepath/simple/IE60Fixes.css
 stylepath/simple/IE70Fixes.css

The IE fixes were fixed in r36251.  Now that I've actually read the bug report, also fixed the last two in r36252.
