Prefix "Wikipedia:" leads to enwiki if project namespace is diffenent from "Wikipedia". This can be extremely confusing! Take the following link: http://eo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Where_will_I_be_then? Although with [[eo:Project:Where_will_I_be_now?]] there is a working (English) possibility, it should behave the same with "Wikipedia:". Now you are redirected magically, without wanting this. Maybe just disable "Wikipedia:" for those Wikipedias with different project namespace names. Oh, and don't forget Wiktionary & Co. ;-) ;-)
This is expected behaviour. The default namespace name is Project:, which can always be used. The interwiki prefix 'wikipedia' leads to en.wikipedia.org. I suggest WONTFIX.
