Currently SUL account creation are logged on all wikis with "Account created automatically" message. I think will be good idea to log such event only at first login/access to wiki. In this case other user could recognize active account and welcome them properly. Also recent changes will be not trashes with useless info.
I'm not sure I see the difference between the current behavior (a log entry is made on local account autocreation) and the suggested behavior (a log entry is made on local account autocreation).
I'm not sure that all account appeared on http://be-x-old.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%A1%D0%BF%D1%8D%D1%86%D1%8B%D1%8F%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D1%8B%D1%8F%3A%D0%96%D1%83%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8B_%D0%BF%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B7%D0%B5%D0%B9&type=newusers&user=&page=&year=&month=-1 are actually logged on or even visited to be-x-old.wikipedia.org at all. Suggested behavior - to postpone log entry until first login to Wiki, not during creation.
They only appear there at first login or visit.
Note that as of r35441, account autocreations (as on first login or visit) are still logged, but no longer spam Special:Recentchanges.
I hope r35441 will fix problem, so I'm closing request.
