It says the templates used on that page are:

    * Template:Board elections 2008/fa

Now hit the "Preview" button. The new list of used temaplates appears as:

    * Template:Board elections 2008
    * Template:Board elections 2008/fa
    * Template:Other languages
    * Template:Other languages/Board elections/2008
    * Template:Other languages/link
    * Template:Update needed
    * Template:Update needed/fa

If I'm not wrong, this happens because the first list is generated based on the "current" version of the page (which doesn't use {{Update needed}} template) while the second is based on the version that is previewed.

Anyways, this causes confusion.
