Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Beau 2008-05-14 22:29:15 UTC I was creating accounts using API - I simply logged in to wiki, where I didn't have an account. New account was created, but it is not attached to global account and is not attachable (it is not listed on Special:MergeAccount). Is there a way to rebuild that list?
